Garth

Garth was the runt of the unexpected litter of piglets that were born in August 2017. He was 1/3 the size of the other piglets and we honestly thought he had died. When we felt the heat beat we rushed him to the house and called the vet. Dr. Aaron started him on goat colostrum and due to his size we kept him in at night for his safety. He was very small and had many health complications. He had to have emergency surgery for an intestinal hernia plus he had a mild case of diabetes. Garth now is strong enough to spend part of his days with his brothers and sisters but he truly believes he is a dog and loves his house!
